Profile
Donna Lindsey earned a Master of Arts in Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.  At SMU, she studied
Advanced Mediation under John H. Wade, professor of law and Director of the Dispute Resolution Center at Bond University, School of Law, Queensland, Australia.

She is a member of the American Board of Neturals Association, the Association of Conflict Resolution, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, Mediators Beyond Borders and the Eldercare Mediators.com LLC.

Donna believes her academic studies, personal developmental training and previous corporate experience all serve to support her strong advocacy of Alternative Dispute Resolution.  Her guiding principles as a mediator and ADR professional:

  • understand the conflict and and seek solutions on a go-forward
basis; there is no finger-pointing in mediation
  • help clients see mediation as their last chance to control some of life's most important decisions, rather than turning those decisions over to the court
  • facilitate the exploration of reasonable options and solutions
  • help disputants assess the risks associated with not settling
  • create positive pathways for reshaping conflict into meaningful
         resolutions
